Eastbound I-40 exit 232A SR-109. Immediately get into the left lane and turn onto Safari Camp Road just after the on-ramp. Campground is two miles.
Westbound I-40 Exit 232 SR-109. Turn left and go over the interstate. Take the second left, Safari Camp Road. Campground is two miles.
I-840 Exit 72B Central Pike/SR 265. Go 3.6 miles and turn right onto Safari Camp Road. Campground is two miles.

Check out our brand new Hammock Hut sites! Each site features a lean-to "Hut" with eyebolts on the posts to hang 3 or more hammocks. The Huts are open on 3 sides, but offer shelter from the afternoon sun and rain. If you don't hammock camp, you're welcome to set up a tent on the deck platform (10'x10'), or on the grass on the back of the site. There is currently 50/30/20 Amp electric service at the site, but no water. As we continue to develop and finish/improve these sites, we will add water, lights and fans in the Huts, privacy bushes and landscaping, raised tent pad, and other excellent features! No trailers and only one tent allowed on these sites. The base rate includes 2 people. Additional adults are $10, kids 6-16 are $5.

These spacious tent sites with electric offer plenty of shade and privacy. There is a picnic table, fire pit, & electricity. A water spigot is near-by and the bathrooms are just a short walking distance away. One family per campsite. For larger families or for group reservations, contact office.
