Nashville East / Lebanon KOA Journey General Information

All visitors, regardless of their duration of stay, must register at the office upon arrival and must present a valid car pass.

Check in time is 12:00 pm for RV and tent sites and 1:00 pm for cabins.
Check out time is 11:00 am for all site types

If you arrive after our KOA office closes and you have a reservation, walk up to the front of our office where you will find our late night registration board. On the board you'll see a map with your name on it. Simply follow the directions on the map on how to get to your site. If you do not have a reservation, on the same board you'll find open sites. Fill out a late night registration form and place it in the drop box on the office front door.

Our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Our camp store and office is currently open from 9am - 5pm. Our hours will increase to being open later in the spring/summer!

For our guests who are not on a sewage site and need their tanks dumped, we offer a honeywagon service on Tuesdays and Fridays for 25$. Please sign up in the office at least one day before your scheduled dump.

Our firewood can be purchased in the camp store and delivered directly to your site. All fires must be concealed inside the fire pit at your site. No exceptions. Bundles cost $8 and we also sell bulk wood, which is the equivalent of six bundles, for $32.

You must notify our office, by phone,  at least 48 hours prior to check-in time (12:00PM) of your arrival date to cancel your reservation and receive a refund (minus a $10 processing fee). Our cabins have a 7-day cancellation policy. Let us know 1 week prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus the $10 processing fee. Extended stays require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Emailed cancellations are not reliable and therefore could result in a forfeited deposit.

Our pool is open from May until September 30th. Dates will vary depending on weather. Pool hours are typically 10 AM until dusk.
